What is covered - Your warranty covers any failure, of any part of your boat, including electronics, that is caused by defect in workmanship or materials. *Note: The electronic equipment in your boat is warranted for one year by Hitec RCD at 800-669-4672 x 308.
What is not covered - Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper care, accident, modification, or repair by anyone other than MSC. Natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time is not covered. Shipping costs are not covered. Shipping Damage - MSC is not responsible for damage during shipping, however, all items shipped by MSC are fully insured. If your boat, or accessories, is damaged in shipping, it is important to call MSC for claims processing. Since pictures of damaged boxes is often necessary to process claims for damaged items, please keep all packing. Registration & Proof of Purchase - Proof of purchase is critical to your warranty claim. Please register your boat and submit your proof of purchase within one month of purchase.
