Initially, we are offering the Micro Magic Race as a kit only. If you would like us to build you a boat, please ask and we will get it done. Note, we are only handling the new Mk2 versions, often called Micro Magic Race. POR - Price on Request - Actually this means we don't know how much the Ready-to-Sail MM will be. As soon as we build a couple, we will have a price.
Accessories
The following accessories are not included in the packages above Electronics The Micro Magic does not come with any electronics. We are offering the following packages, but note that the standard 4 AA battery holder is too big and too heavy for this boat. We recommend 5 AAA batteries in a 2/3 stack pack with a JST fitting (to fit Hitec wire harness). POR - Price on Request - Actually this means we don't know what is going to be included in these electronic kits yet. We are working with other owners and building a few boats ourselves to make sure we offer a package that fits and works.
The Standard Mk2 comes with a very good set of sails, designated as the "A" sail plan. They are the largest set of sails authorized by the class rule. Other sizes and additional spars will be available soon in this store.
Race Legal Parts
We are currently out of stock on most MM parts. Our initial stock flew out the door and we are preparing a new order for Graupner. We would appreciate your emails to Steve@SailRC.com with your wish list so we can put together an order that reflects demand. Hull & Fins We offer both Mk1 & Mk2 fins as they are interchangeable. It is legal to sail a Mk2 boat with Mk1 fins.
