Sailing Odyssey ProgramWe refer to "Member" as an individual participating
in the Sailing Odyssey Fleet/Club in your area. Sailing Odyssey is a full program of services designed to establish and perpetuate an enjoyable RC sailing program in your community. Our years of experience with sailing schools, yacht clubs, rental fleets, and recreational fleets has given us the background to produce and support this one-of-a-kind national radio-controlled (RC) sailing program. Our preferred method of program presentation is to come to your place and put on a 4 hour program. During our presentation in the meeting hall, and the hands-on sailing demonstrations outside, we educate your members about the workings of our program and the value of the chosen fleet sailboat. Our presentation is free and without obligation. Our travel schedule is posted under "Presentations". If you can host us during one of these trips, that would be great, if not - we will ensure you know enough to make a decision about building a Sailing Odyssey program via other means.  One of the unique Sailing Odyssey features is the "Go To Guy (Gal)". This is the designation we give to one, or more, of your members that we train to manage your local fleet. We provide both personal training and comprehensive manuals so that your GTG is prepared to handle most issues. These volunteers are our main contact, even though they are encouraged to train others in specific duties. Sailing Odyssey is a free service to your organization supported by revenues earned through sale of the fleet boats. Most sales are to individual members, even though we also offer institutional sales for resorts, schools, parks and other service organizations. Sailing Odyssey is the sole distributor of fleet sailboats in North America. Therefore our fleet purchase programs are a remarkable value, well below market pricing. Whether you already have other RC sailboats sailing in your community or not, Sailing Odyssey is prepared to ensure a whole new level or entertainment for your members on a long-term basis.
