I hereby accept to participate in the City of Marco Island Parks & Recreation Laser Regatta program. I am aware that learning or practicing the above activity can involved risk or injury, including serious injury. I fully understand that the City of Marco Island, its agent, officers, and employees acccept no responsibility and will not be liable for any injury, harm or damage to his/her person or property ocurring during or arising out of participation in said program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I do hereby agree to assume all risk of injury, harm or damage to his/her person or property (including but limited to all risks or injury, harm or damage to his/her person or property caused by negligence of the City of Marco Island, it's agents, officers or employees) arising during or in connection with said program and I do hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Marco Island, its agents, officers, or employees from any and all liability, action, damages, and claims of any kind and nature whatsoever (including but not limited to actions, damages and claims caused by or arising from the negligence of the City of Marco Island, its agents, officers, or employees) for injury, harm or damage to his/her person property that may arise or occur during or in connection with said program.

Photographs: The Department of Parks and Recreation may take pictures or videos of participants at our programs activivities or special events. Please be aware that the pictures may appear in future promotional materials, including our brochure.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release any and all right to claim damages that I or my family may have or acquire against Marco Island Model Yacht Club, their membership, the sailing site, owner, employees, agents, representatives or assigns, the AMYA and RCLCA, or its members for any and all injuries suffered by me and my family during the regatta and related events.

I have read the Notice of Race for the 2008 RC Laser Class Midwinter Regatta (Region 1 Championships) and accept its conditions and rules.

Fee: $60 before 7, Feb, 2008, $70 thereafter.

Fee includes Box lunch Saturday & Sunday, soft drinks (additional lunches $7.00) and Saturday BBQ dinner (additionaldinners $15.00)
